These terms govern your use of the Epic E-Bike Repair website and the mobile e-bike repair services provided by Brooks Ray, operating as Epic E-Bike Repair. By using this site or booking service, you agree to these terms.
Services
We provide mobile electric-bicycle repair and maintenance in North County San Diego. We do not provide service outside Southern California. Any estimate given before an in-person inspection is preliminary; final pricing is confirmed once the bike has been assessed, and you will be told the cost before work proceeds.
Appointments
Service is by appointment. Please provide accurate information about your bike and location so we arrive prepared. If you need to reschedule, call or text as early as you can.
